Due to the sensitive and demanding dynamics of vibratory conveyors, their development and commissioning still represents a particular challenge today. This article provides an overview of the calculation of the vibrational movement of vibratory conveyors using the MKS software SimulationX as a potential development aid. The modular structure of the simulations enables the consideration of different vibrating systems as well as the modeling of the three typical drive types of the vibration conveyor technology. Finally, some application scenarios are discussed.Downloads
