Abstract

Despite increasing requirements and the broad availability of different software systems, there is no overview of the degree of digitization of human resource planning in intralogistics. To determine this degree, two questionnaires were developed to collect data from the perspectives of software-providing and warehouse-operating companies. Data regarding the usage, functionality, extent and implementation challenges of resource planning systems will be collected and initial preliminary results on software solutions currently used for human resource planning will be presented.
