Durchsatzbetrachtungen für doppeltiefe Lager unter dem Einsatz von zwei Lastaufnahmemitteln

Abstract

Travel time models are as relevant as ever, even 40 years after their first introduction. For current storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), such as double-deep storage positions and dual capacity load handling devices, they are more complex and extensive. Two basic mathematical models have been developed for this configuration, which are compared both quantitatively and qualitatively. In addition, further variations of our modeling are addressed and evaluated by means of simulation.
