Untersuchung der Auswirkungen von Störungen auf produktionslogistische Prozesse mittels Simulation

Abstract

Demand for more and more customer specific products as well as rising competitive pressure constitute a significant challenge for companies regarding the success factors quality, time and costs. As a result a high vulnerability regarding logistical or production-related disruptions can be determined. This paper represents a simulation study to examine the impacts of disruptions on production logistics. By means of selected key performance indicators several scenarios are compared to each other. The aim of this comparison should be to analyze the effects of different disruptions on production processes and furthermore to assess the respective robustness.
