The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) “FiFi” is controlled by recognition of gestures and persons based on 3D data of the environment. The algorithms of person recognition lead to false detection of persons in some cases. The paper describes error causes and presents some solutions. Experiments confirm that the developed method increases the robustness of the system.Downloads
