Abstract

For synchronous belts the knowlegde of the endurance is a main point for dimensioning and monitoring synchronous belt drives. Therefore the Professorship of Logistics Engineering does research in the field of fatigue tests of synchronous belts with steel cord, by using them as lifting gear to get know-how for the endurance and replacement state.
