The use of industrial robots, especially that of collaborative robots, still plays a very minor role in agriculture. The so-called cobots can make a strong contribution to increasing efficiency. The process of repotting young plants has proven to be particularly promising. Here an approach is presented of what such an automation can look like. The focus here is on an experimental examination of the soft-gripping gripper used for its suitability for handling that is gentle on plants. In addition, an assessment is made as to whether such a system can be used economically in a company under consideration.Downloads
